1. How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our products, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.
2. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Unfortunately, we do not accept any order cancellations as all orders placed are non refundable.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
Rest assured that the payment options listed at checked are safe and secure. We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and AMEX.
4. How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships.

5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping to Singapore. Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your destination.
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order via your account page.
7. My package hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
If your order is delayed or shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, please:
- Check with neighbors or building management.
- Wait 24 hours—sometimes carriers mark deliveries early.
- Contact our support team if the issue persists.
8. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
9. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders in West Malaysia. For East Malaysia, our shipping charges are at a flat rate of RM25 per order.
