Standard Warranty Coverage
Warranty Period:
The Franly Luna High Speed Hairdryer comes with a 1-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers covers a one to one replacements due to faulty materials or workmanship free of charge. Warranty coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
What’s Not Covered:
- Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, or negligence.
- Wear and tear from normal use (e.g., cosmetic damage).
- Damage caused by improper voltage, unauthorized repairs, or commercial/salon use.
- Products without valid proof of purchase.
Extended Warranty
Franly offers an optional extended warranty, which provides peace of mind by extending the original warranty by an additional 1 year—for a total of 2 years of coverage.
- The extended warranty begins from the end of the standard warranty.
