Extended Warranty Period

Franly offers an optional extended warranty, which provides peace of mind by extending the original warranty by an additional 1 year—for a total of 2 years of coverage.

• Coverage: Manufacturing defects only
• Replacement Policy: 1-to-1 replacement for eligible claims
• Duration: The extended warranty begins from the end of the standard warranty.
• No repair – just replace: Get a brand-new unit if your product is found to have a manufacturing defect

Note: This warranty is only applicable for Luna High Speed Hairdryer. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear. All terms and conditions of the standard warranty apply to the extended warranty period. For more information, please read our Warranty policy.
